Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - August 24, 2026 – Grafton Resources Inc. (CSE:GFT; OTCQB: GFTFF; FSE: K8L0) ("Grafton Resources" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds to the Company of up to $2,000,000 (the “Offering”) by the issuance of up to 4,000,000 units (each, a “Unit”) of the Company at a purchase price of $0.50 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share (a “Warrant Share”) of the Company at a purchase price of $0.90 per Warrant Share for a period of two years from the closing date of the Offering.
