Gold Reserve Files Further Reply to Objections to Its Bid in CITGO Sale Process (Business Wire)

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gold Reserve Ltd. (TSX.V: GRZ) (BSX: GRZ.BH) (OTCQX: GDRZF) (“Gold Reserve” or the “Company”) announced that today, pursuant to the schedule set by the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”), the Company filed its further reply to the objections to the Special Master's original July 2, 2025 Final Recommendation of the then-existing Dalinar Energy Bid. In its filing, the Company explained the reasons why these objections have no merit.

Kanthal and Danieli will supply a pilot-scale electric process gas heater for installation at Emsteel's Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to electrify a part of their existing heating system. The heater, scheduled for delivery in Q1 2026, is based on Prothal® DH technology and will be the first electric process gas heater for DRI that Kanthal supplies for commercial use.
