LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Die Valeo Foods Group, die zu den führenden Herstellern von Süßwaren, Leckereien und Snacks in Europa zählt, hat eine Vereinbarung über den Erwerb von 100 Prozent der Anteile an Prestige-96 AD („Prestige“) unterzeichnet, einem marktführenden bulgarischen Hersteller süßer Backwaren.
Das 1996 gegründete Unternehmen Prestige ist einer der etabliertesten und renommiertesten Hersteller von Keksen, Waffeln und süßen Snacks in Bulgarien. Seine Produktpalette umfasst einige der bekanntesten lokalen Marken des Landes, unter anderem Naya (Ная), Hyper (Хайпър), Mirage (Мираж) und Roden Kray (Роден Край). Prestige beschäftigt in seinen Betrieben rund 450 Mitarbeitende.
