Solstad Offshore ASA (“SOFF”) is pleased to announce a 2-year contract award with Petrobras for the Normand Valiant, a vessel owned by Solstad Maritime ASA (“SOMA”). The contract is expected to commence in fourth quarter 2026 in direct continuation of the current agreement and subsequent class renewal.
The vessel will provide accommodation services to support production activities on the Brazilian continental shelf. The Normand Valiant is a smaller construction vessel mobilized with a «walk to work» gangway system and has accommodation capacity of 120...

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a 2-year contract award with Petrobras for the Normand Valiant. The contract is expected to commence in fourth quarter 2026 in direct continuation of the current agreement and subsequent class renewal.

Aker BP acquires interests in the Losgann/Froskelår and Slagugle discoveries (Cision)

Aker BP has entered into two separate transactions that strengthen its positions close to existing infrastructure on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. In the North Sea, the company has agreed to acquire Apache's interest in the Losgann/Froskelår discovery near the Alvheim area.
