Genesis Energy, L.P. Declares Quarterly Distribution (Business Wire)

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Genesis Energy, L.P. (NYSE: GEL) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution to be paid to Genesis common unit holders and Class A Convertible Preferred unit holders with respect to the second quarter of 2026. Each holder of common units will be paid a quarterly cash distribution of $0.20, or $0.80 on an annualized basis, for each common unit held of record. This distribution represents a 21.2 percent increase over the distribution declared with respect to the second quarter of 2025.
Genesis also repurchased 250,000 common units at a weighted average price of $14.57 per unit, for a total of approximately $3.6 million during the second quarter of 2026.
Each holder of Class A Convertible Preferred units will be paid a quarterly cash distribution of $0.9473, or $3.7892 on an annualized basis, for each preferred unit held of record.
