Ahlsell AB, through its subsidiaries Ahlsell Sverige AB, Ahlsell Oy, and Ahlsell Norge AS, has entered into an agreement to acquire Skydda in Sweden, Norway and Finland from Bergman & Beving, and thereby strengthening its offering in the retail segment. Skydda is a specialized distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE) focusing on retail customers in the Nordics.
