NYAB′s subsidiary Dovre extends frame agreement with Aker BP until 2030 (Cision)

Dovre, a subsidiary of NYAB Group with operations in Norway and globally, has secured a five-year extension of its frame agreement with Aker BP ASA, strengthening its position as a trusted partner in major energy projects. Originally signed in 2020, the agreement is now valid until May 30, 2030.
The scope of work includes personnel solutions and consultancy services within project management, project control, engineering disciplines, supply chain management, cost control, and economics.

NYAB appoints Arve Jensen as member of the Executive Management Team (Cision)
|

NYAB has appointed Arve Jensen as Head of Dovre and a new member of the Executive Management Team as of today, 24 March 2025. Jensen is responsible for the management of the Dovre businesses that NYAB acquired on 2 January 2025.
Jensen has been involved with the acquired businesses since 1993 in different management positions both in Norway and globally. He was also the CEO of the listed Dovre Group Plc in 2018-2024. Jensen holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and has also completed master's degree programmes in economy, finance, and management.
