In accordance with previous communication1, Henrik Carlborg has become new CEO and President of Ferronordic. This follows today's decision by the AGM to appoint Lars Corneliusson as executive Chairman of the Board. Henrik Carlborg has worked at Ferronordic since 2013. He joined as General Counsel and has worked as Business Development Director and Deputy CEO since 2017. Ferronordic's Nomination Committee has notified the Board of Directors that it intends to propose Lars Corneliusson as Executive Chairman of the Board at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025.
