The Business Area Assistive Tech within MedCap AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share of Danrehab A/S in Denmark. MedCap acquires 85% of the company and Danrehab's current Managing Director remain a shareholder of 15%. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter. Abilia, a subsidiary to MedCap AB (publ) and part of Business Area Assistive Tech, has signed an agreement to acquire Picomed AS in Norway and ITS Designs Limited (Alert-IT) in the UK. The transaction is expected to close in the beginning of October. The acquired companies have a combined turnover of approx. 70 MNOK and 26 employees.
