The Business Area Assistive Tech within MedCap AB (publ) has signed an agreement to acquire a majority share of Danrehab A/S in Denmark. MedCap acquires 85% of the company and Danrehab's current Managing Director remain a shareholder of 15%. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter. Danrehab provides hygiene chairs and assistive products to beds with focus on comfort, ease of use, safety and ergonomics for both the individual and the caregiver.
