LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PCB Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PCB), the holding company of PCB Bank, announced that on January 28, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about February 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
“I am pleased to announce another increase in our quarterly cash dividend to $0.22 per common share from $0.20 per common share for the first quarter of 2026,” said Henry Kim, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We are committed to making corporate decisions that directly benefit our shareholders.”

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PCB Bancorp (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PCB), the holding company of PCB Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income available to common shareholders of $9.1 million, or $0.64 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with $11.3 million, or $0.78 per diluted common share, for the previous quarter and $6.7 million, or $0.46 per diluted common share, for the year-ago quarter. For 2025, net income available to common shareholders was $37.2 million, or $2.58 per diluted common share, compared with $25.0 million, or $1.74 per diluted common share, for the previous year.
