NCC commences partnership for large correctional facility in Trelleborg (Cision)

NCC has signed a partnering agreement with Specialfastigheter to construct one of Sweden's largest correctional facilities for the tenant Swedish Prison and Probation Service in Trelleborg. In the first stage, the parties will jointly plan and design the project.

SLP announced in January this year that an agreement had been signed to acquire a logistics property, Trelleborg NIO-E 3, located in Trelleborg with a 10-year fully indexed lease. VÄTE Rail has entered into a call-off agreement with Railway Metrics and Dynamics (RMD) for 25 rear-view cameras. This marks another step forward in VÄTE Rail's digitalization of its fleet.

Peab builds rental apartments in Trelleborg (Cision)

Peab has been commissioned to build rental apartments in Trelleborg. The customer is Sjöormen AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alsingevallen, and the contract is worth SEK 101 million.
The new apartments will be located southeast of Stortorget on the Nygatan side in Trelleborg. The project comprises building two tower blocks with basements that are six respectively ten stories. Floors 10 and 11 will be suited for venues. A total of 34 rental apartments will be built.
