Flowserve Appoints Brian Savoy to Board of Directors (Business Wire)

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Brian Savoy as a member of the Board of Directors, and appointed him to the Audit Committee and Technology, Innovation and Risk Committee, effective March 16, 2026.

Flowserve Corporation Announces 5% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.22 Per Share (Business Wire)

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. This represents a 5% increase to the Company's most recent per share quarterly dividend.
The dividend is payable on April 10, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 27, 2026.
While Flowserve currently intends to pay regular quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future, any future dividends, at this $0.22 per share rate or otherwise, will be reviewed individually and declared by the Board of Directors at its discretion.
