KlaraBo has signed a framework agreement on sustainability-linked financing with Swedbank. This agreement ties the pricing of the loan financing to KlaraBo's sustainability goals. KlaraBo and OBOS have, in partnership, previously received and communicated a land allocation within the framework and have now signed a land allocation agreement with Malmö Stad in a completely new block east of the Malmö Exhibition and Convention Centre in the Hyllie district, in Malmö. The agreement is based on over 300 apartments corresponding to more than 23,000 sqm GFA and combines owner-occupied and rental apartments ranging from one to four rooms.
