ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Jan. 23, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NRIM) (“Northrim” or the “Company”) today reported net income of $12.4 million, or $0.55 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to $27.1 million, or $1.20 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2025, and $10.9 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter a year ago. The decrease in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of 2025 is primarily the result of the third quarter gain from the sale of certain assets by Pacific Wealth Advisors of $14.2 million. Additionally, in the fourth quarter of 2025 the Company had an increase in other operating expenses mostly due to performance-related increases in salaries and other personnel expense and marketing expense. The increase in marketing expense is primarily due to timing of charitable contributions.
