Rayonier Announces Second Quarter 2025 Dividend (Business Wire)

WILDLIGHT, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rayonier Inc. (NYSE:RYN) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.2725 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 16, 2025.
The Company also announced today that the Company's board of directors, in its capacity as the board of directors of the general partner of Rayonier, L.P., has declared a second quarter cash distribution of $0.2725 per operating partnership unit. The cash distribution is payable on June 30, 2025, to holders of record on June 16, 2025.

First quarter results and revised 2025 guidance reflect reclassification of New Zealand operations to discontinued operations following the Company's previously announced agreement to sell its New Zealand joint venture interest (i.e., New Zealand results have been excluded from Adjusted EBITDA and pro forma financial metrics); prior year periods have also been retrospectively adjusted.
First quarter net loss attributable to Rayonier of $3.4 million (($0.02) per share), pro forma net loss of $2.7 million (($0.02) per share), and Adjusted EBITDA of $27.1 million.
