Die europäischen Verbündeten der Ukraine sehen beim von den USA vorgelegten 28-Punkte-Plan für ein Ende des russischen Angriffskrieg Änderungsbedarf... --- Ziel der Unterzeichner ist es, aus ihrer Sicht inakzeptable Zugeständnisse an Russland aus dem 28-Punkte-Plan der Amerikaner heraus zu verhandeln. Der US-Vorschlag sieht zum Beispiel vor, dass die Ukraine auch bislang nicht besetzte Gebiete an Russland abtritt, ihre militärischen Fähigkeiten beschränkt und die Nato einen Verzicht auf jegliche Erweiterung erklärt.. --- Russland müsste dagegen nur vergleichsweise geringe Zugeständnisse machen und unter anderem auf Teile des eingefrorenen Staatsvermögens verzichten. Dieses würde für den Wiederaufbau der Ukraine genutzt werden. US-Präsident Donald Trump will, dass die Ukraine den Plan bis kommenden Donnerstag im Wesentlichen akzeptiert.. --- Der 28- Punkte Plan ist keine Kapitulation der Ukraine, vielmehr eine gute Chance auf Frieden!

The MOEX Russia Index lost 0.67% to 2,628.31 points, while the RTS Index tumbled 0.41% to 1,025.58 points...

As of 10:15 a.m. Moscow time, the indices were down by 0.85% at 2,623.53 points and 1,021.03 points, respectively...

The MOEX Russia Index gained 0.51% to 2,576.05 points...

By 11:37 a.m. Moscow time, the MOEX and RTS indices were up by 2.28%...

The ruble-denominated MOEX Index lost 1.17% to 2,536.22 points...

The MOEX Russia Index accelerated to 2,576.45 points, up 0.4%, while the RTS Index also grew to reach 997.64 points...

Meanwhile, the yuan exchange rate had extended gains to 7.7 kopecks as it traded at 11.44 rubles...
