Kok Khoon Lim has decided to step down and is now leaving his role as CEO for Elanders' subsidiary Mentor Media and as a member of Elanders Group Management. He will move into a role as Senior Advisor to the company, with a specific focus on strategic initiatives. Kok Khoon Lim has been part of Elanders' Group Management since Elanders acquired Mentor Media in 2014. His successor will be Simon Sim, who brings over 20 years of experience in contract logistics and has held leading roles at several of Asia's leading logistics companies. For the past seven years, Simon has served as CEO of a subsidiary of one of Singapore's largest logistics companies, where he played a key role in developing a new omnichannel platform covering multiple markets across Asia. In his role at Elanders, Simon will focus on further developing the offering to existing customers, expanding into new customer segments, and driving the company's continued expansion in Asia....

Elanders will issue its report on the third quarter 2025 on Wednesday 22 October, 2025, at 11:00 CET, followed by a conference call at 15:00 CET, hosted by Magnus Nilsson, President and Group CEO, and Åsa Vilsson, Group CFO....

Elanders has appointed Charles Ickes to the newly established role as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). Charles will continue in his current role as CEO of Elanders' subsidiary Bergen Logistics, adding the Group COO role to support the strategic alignment and operational integration of Elanders' global supply chain network....

Bernd Schwenger will step down as CEO for Elanders' subsidiary LGI and as a member of Elanders Group Management. His successor will be Florian Beck, who is currently Chief Operations Officer of Elanders' subsidiary Bergen Logistics. Florian has been with the Group for ten years, including nine years within LGI. He has long and solid experience in contract logistics and business development and has held various senior positions within the Group....

Elanders has submitted the group's climate targets to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for validation and approval. In conjunction with this, Elanders has decided on new climate targets....
