NYSE:HD on the weekly is no longer sitting in clean continuation territory. The chart completed an A to B expansion, but price is now trading back below the marked BC reaction area after failing to hold the higher push. That shifts the read from upside delivery to possible repricing lower. The structure matters here. B formed after a push into prior highs, which suggests external liquidity above was already cleared. Once that upside objective is taken, the cleaner question becomes whether price can hold premium pricing or rotate back toward internal imbalance below. Right now, the chart is trading under the BC box and around the broken rising structure, which keeps the bearish case in focus. As long as price keeps rejecting this area instead of reclaiming it, the next logical draw remains lower toward the larger C target / demand zone shown on the chart. Home Depot has been able to achieve further gains as planned, thus making progress within the magenta wave , which still has a little more room on the upside to reach its top. After that, we expect strong sell-offs into our green Long Target Zone between $313.69 and $287.01, to the low of the larger magenta wave (X). A premature descent into the green zone is 34% likely and would result in an earlier low of the magenta wave alt.(X) .

Noticing weakness in the XLY and a pattern suggesting HD is about to break to the downside. Going to scalp this with a short bias when the market opens. Will keep tight stops and re-enter with breaks below new support levels. Looking to pick up 4 points and risk .75 pt on the trades, will make 3 attempts.
