10/21/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: $S Sleeping cyber takeout - you all know i don't like to put "takeout" as a key bullet pt in my thesis - but at this pt, the traction for their products seem to be rounding the corner - i've much preferred "big/winner/scale" ZS and PANW... (i own neither ATM) but at this pt, i'm sniffing out all the "factor" losers i.e. names that continue to show great progress but have gotten dumped (passive flows) in favor of larger and more liquid names - i don't argue with mr. market and have remained patient, but we're now squarely on the "find possible tax loss harvesting names that i'd like to own" because when the market does stutter, dump... and these things go much futher lower (b/c the bid/ reaction function is not there just yet) we can pounce with high conviction. i always advocate for doing the work ahead of time. the last thing you want to be doing when the market is dumping is *spraying and praying*. you want to have a short list of maybe 5-10 things. have already thought through val
