RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: KNSL) reported net income of $98.1 million, $4.36 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2026 compared to $141.6 million, $6.09 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2025. Net income was $386.6 million, $16.97 per diluted share, for the first nine months of 2026 compared to $365.0 million, $15.67 per diluted share, for the first nine months of 2025. Net income included after-tax catastrophe losses of $1.7 million in the third quarter of 2026 and $1.0 million in the third quarter of 2025. Net income included after-tax catastrophe losses of $7.2 million in the first nine months of 2026 and $21.7 million in the first nine months of 2025.

Petrucelli, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors, effective October 22, 2026.
