John Jordan will succeed Danella as head of Consumer Banking, while Chief People Officer Angela Santone will begin reporting directly to Regions Chairman, President, and CEO John Turner.

Blank will conclude more than 40 years of serving Regions' clients and communities at the end of the year, transitioning local leadership to Claybrook.NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Bank on Wednesday announced Lee Blank, the company's Nashville Market President and Private Wealth Management Regional Executive for Tennessee, will retire at the end of 2026 following 43 years of service to the bank's clients and communities.
Chris Claybrook, a veteran Nashville banker who has served Regions and its clients since 1993, will succeed Blank as Nashville Market President effective January 2027.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) today reported second quarter 2026 earnings of $549 million and diluted EPS of $0.64. On an adjusted basis, earnings(1) were $583 million, with diluted EPS(1) of $0.68. Total revenue remained relatively stable while diluted EPS increased 8 percent compared to second quarter of 2025. Adjusted total revenue(1) increased 2 percent, and adjusted diluted EPS(1) increased 13 percent compared to second quarter of 2025.

(NYSE:RF) Board of Directors today declared the following cash dividends on its common shares, Series C preferred shares, Series E preferred shares and Series F preferred shares:
A cash dividend of $0.30 was declared on each share of outstanding common stock of the Company, payable on Oct. 1, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 1, 2026. The dividend of $0.30 represents a $0.035, or 13%, increase over the most recent quarterly common dividend declared in April of this year.
