BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) today reported third quarter 2026 earnings of $611 million and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.71. On an adjusted basis, earnings(1) were $622 million and diluted EPS(1) was $0.73. On both a reported and adjusted basis(1), earnings increased 11 percent and diluted EPS increased 16 percent compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Dividends on common stock to be payable Jan. 4, 2027; dividends on preferred stock to be payable in November and December.BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE:RF) Board of Directors today declared the following cash dividends on its common shares, Series C preferred shares, Series E preferred shares and Series F preferred shares:
A cash dividend of $0.30 was declared on each share of outstanding common stock of the Company, payable on Jan. 4, 2027, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 1, 2026.
In addition, a cash dividend of $14.25 was declared today for each share of Series C Preferred Stock outstanding (equivalent to approximately $0.35625 per depositary share), payable on Nov. 16, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 2, 2026.
