Novo Nordisk übernimmt das US-Unternehmen Akero Therapeutics für bis zu 5,2 Milliarden US-Dollar. Die Vereinbarung sieht vor, dass Novo Nordisk zunächst 54 Dollar pro Aktie in bar bzw. 4,7 Milliarden Dollar zahlt. Außerdem sollen insgesamt 500 Millionen Dollar an die Aktionäre von Akero fließen, wenn das Medikament Efruxifermin von Akero bis zum 30.
