800mm MAUs for $10 each?
- i don't like how evan controls this ship
- at the same time the chad has delivered nearly 800 MAUs, which is one of THE MOST SCALED networks on the planet
- i don't love how DM is declining and EM is growing
- i don't love how monetization is limp esp w/ the younger gen
- i don't love how they keep trying to make spy-on-u-glasses
- and despite the "social media is ruining the youth" headlines today (lol - i didn't notice, thanks to our "lawmakers" for flagging this)
- at $10/LTV user... the valuation has simply gotten to sillyville
- so while this is yet again a name i wrestle with. i'm not wed to it. it's a buy here in small size.
- AI will boost that big R&D spend line
- access to this user base is scarce
- we're much closer to low than anything else.
- size manage properly, ofc

Snap take on stonk and risk
- i actually think we're in a consumer depression at this pt
- there's not a discretionary stock on the planet that's seeing an inflection in consumer sentiment and not also concurrently being whacked over the head by tariffs or some tangential reach around by the current USSA admin
- so i remain heavily cashy
- with that being said
- it's hard to ignore SNAP's MONSTER user base and however you slice it... a daily user of multi-hour attention is worth far more than $100 LTV and it's being priced at a fraction of this
- so while i don't even want to pretend i have a call on the quarter and i've been ice cold lately (so keeping risk small)
- anything that META has done on the ad side can now be probably bootstrapped at SNAP which has shot itself in both feet on this front. so could it be worse under evan's leadership? yeah probs. but we're starting at an obscenely low base here

- NYSE:SNAP has consistently disappointed shareholders for last 3 years. It's been a defined trade but not an investment.
- It's sitting again at support $7 but is it enough to justify excessive stock based dilution and bad S level leadership?
- This company is run like a fraternity. CEO should step down before the company is buried to the ground.
