NYSE:PATH This is how I see the next move playing out. Forget the reaction to earnings for a minute and look at the company itself. UiPath has continued to improve quarter by quarter - revenue beat expectations again, ARR continues to grow, profitability has improved and management raised full-year revenue guidance. Meanwhile, the business itself keeps expanding. Maestro, agentic AI, testing and orchestration are giving UiPath far more ways to grow than the old RPA story. The first leg took us from roughly $10 to $18+. Earnings wiped a lot of that move out, but we're now sitting back around an important $13–14 area. If the fundamentals continue improving, I see this as the base for the second leg, not the end of the first one. The market can disagree in the short term. The company just needs to keep delivering!

So overnight I listened back to Ashim Gupta at Citi yesterday, and came away even more confident in where UiPath is heading. The biggest takeaway for me is that UiPath is no longer just selling automation software. They're positioning themselves as the orchestration layer businesses will need as AI agents become part of everyday operations. Gupta spoke about customers moving from experimentation into real deployments, the importance of governance, and why UiPath's existing automation footprint gives them such a strong position to build from. What I also liked was the focus on execution. They've spent the last couple of years transforming the platform, improving efficiency and getting the business profitable, while continuing to invest in Maestro and agentic AI. The opportunity now is getting existing customers using more of the platform and bringing new customers into that ecosystem. Agents can think, robots can do, but somebody still has to orchestrate everything. That's the part of the UiP

Very optimistic for their ER after hours this Thursday, but I am half anticipating some profit taking leading into it from those that are not long-term holders. It has run from $10 on July the 24th to almost $19 yesterday; there will be some traders that will look to TP before the ER. If we get a mini sell-off, it would be to the 16s in my opinion. As shown below, we are at a key resistance level so a solid beat and improved guidance, we smash through it and head higher. The ER beat is exactly the type of catalyst that can really start the move here, and it's promising that folks are buying in all month to the lead up to the date, too. Now, the total opposite could happen and we just continue the run leading into the ER. You have to also be ready for some volatility over the next 3 trading days, so do not be disheartened if we get a little pull back over those days, consider it another buying opportunity for the long-term play ?

I'm not gonna lie, that sharp sell-off to $10.15 on July 22nd caught me off guard. Looking back though, maybe that was the final bit of rocket fuel we needed to finally escape the area from my original post. The $11–$13 range had been an absolute curse for this stock, but we didn't just break it — we went through it swinging. Amazing what can happen once a heavily defended area finally gives way and shorts suddenly have to start thinking about covering. I've marked the next resistance levels on the road towards $20. The blue lines are the approximate levels, while the circled areas show the previous wicks. They're worth watching because algos and traders will likely react around these prices. Of course, throw a serious catalyst into the mix — a major partnership, contract or something that materially strengthens the growth story — and technical resistance can quickly go out the window. These levels matter more while we're climbing simply because the market is finally recognising how undervalued UiPath has

Looking at the chart, I genuinely think #3 has the best chance of finally breaking this $11-$13 range. #1 was hit almost immediately by the Anthropic announcements, which crushed sentiment across the AI sector before the breakout had a chance. #2 was a sharp spike that looked more like a liquidity grab before sellers stepped straight back in. This time feels different. Price is consolidating just beneath resistance instead of rejecting it, the higher lows are still intact, momentum has improved, and the fundamentals are considerably stronger than they were during the previous two attempts. If we can finally reclaim $13 with conviction, I think the range is behind us and a re-rating becomes far more likely.

From a technical perspective, nothing has really changed. We're still trading inside the same range, respecting the higher lows from the June bottom while continuing to reject the $12.80-$13.00 supply zone. That's the level I want to see broken with conviction. The encouraging part is that momentum is beginning to turn back up, and buyers continue stepping in before we revisit the lows around $9. If we can finally reclaim that resistance, I think the next move could be far more aggressive than people expect, especially with improving fundamentals behind the company. For now, it's simply a case of patience. The structure remains constructive, higher lows are still intact, and the bulls are slowly tightening the spring. A clean break above resistance could be the catalyst that finally changes sentiment.

Breaking above $13 is a big level for NYSE:PATH in my opinion. The next strong resistance level is then just below $15 as shown on the weekly chart here. The stock has spent months recovering from its ATL retest and is now pressing into a key resistance zone that has repeatedly capped price. A clean breakout and hold above $13 would confirm buyers are regaining control and could open the door for another leg higher. Fundamentally, the story continues to improve. Revenue just grew 17% YoY to $418M, ARR reached $1.9B, net new ARR came in at $49M, guidance was raised, and UiPath delivered its first ever Q1 GAAP profit. The business is strengthening while the chart is setting up.

Just hear me out for a second on this one. Not FA, just my opinion. NYSE:PATH is now sitting on what is basically a quadruple ATL zone. April 2025, twice in April 2026, and now again in May 2026. Since touching $18 back in January, bearish pressure has relentlessly pushed this down to fresh lows, with the official overnight low hitting $8.99. What stands out to me is that despite all the negativity, sellers have now failed multiple times to break and hold below this major support area. Repeated failed breakdowns at ATL levels can eventually exhaust sellers and completely shift sentiment once momentum turns. At these prices, I genuinely struggle to understand the long-term risk/reward for anyone still aggressively shorting a company that has nearly $1.7B cash, active buybacks, double-digit revenue growth, growing enterprise and government partnerships, and one of the clearest agentic AI/orchestration strategies in the sector. NYSE:PATH is setting up almost identically to the last major base around the $10 zone. Back then, sentiment was weak, price chopped sideways, and everyone expected further downside before it broke out hard. The difference now is the company is in a much stronger position fundamentally. They have buybacks active, stronger AI positioning, deeper enterprise and government ties, and are becoming a leader in agentic automation. If this base holds like the last one did, the upside move could be even stronger this time.

Bought NYSE:PATH I don't like all the insider selling but I do like the chart and do like the fact that they just turned GAAP profitable. Should reach $19 zone in coming weeks. Stop $15.85.

Path currently in a potential long term Shark Harmonic pattern with the major target being D. However a few zones prior to watch. Monthly MS has shifted bullish with higher highs and higher lows. 1 Can look for entries at current levels. Ideally a pullback to 15 maybe lower. This is a long term trade and could see a lot of chop still.
