Ein Blick nach Ungarn - Günstige Energie, viele Investitionen und Weihnachtsmärkte ohne Poller in Budapest (Boersentreff)

US-Präsident Trump hat Ungarn eine Sondererlaubnis zum Bezug von russischem Erdgas und Öl für mindestens ein Jahr gebilligt. Ins Nachbarland Serbien möchte man über die Firma MOL zukünftig auch verstärkt Öl liefern. Ungarn ist neben der Slowakei das einzige EU-Land, das noch Rohöl aus Russland über die Druschba-Pipeline bezieht. Das einzige Atomkraftwerk im Land nahe Budapest, heißt "Paks" und produziert etwa die Hälfte des benötigten Stroms in Ungarn, dieses soll langfristig durch neue Atomkraftblöcke erweitert werden. "Paks II" soll bis 2032 fertiggestellt werden und wird überwiegend durch russische Kredite finanziert, sowie durch den russischen Staatskonzern RosAtom gebaut. Am Beispiel von Ungarn sieht man, Putin möchte Handel treiben und einen gewissen Einfluss in der EU und der Welt besitzen (letzteres wird von China und den USA noch viel intensiver verfolgt, nur ohne einen offenen kriegerischen Konflikt). Nur durch Handel steigt der russische Wohlstand, nicht durch Kriege, dass weiß auch Putin. Einen der günstigsten Strompreise in der EU findet man mit etwa 0,10 Euro je kWh in Ungarn und was stellen wir fest? Deutsche KFZ-Hersteller & Zulieferer wie Audi, Mercedes, BMW und Bosch, sowie chinesische Elektro- & Batteriehersteller wie CATL, BYD und Foxconn bauen in Ungarn neue Fabriken. Der großen Öffentlichkeit ist Orban eigentlich nur wegen seiner Dauerfehde mit der EU-Kommission bekannt. Orban kritisiert aus unserer Sicht zurecht den EU-Dirigismus, welcher uns Bürgern mit Bürokratie und Vorschriften das Leben teurer macht. Vor kurzem ist die Brandmauer im EU-Parlament gefallen, die konservative EVP stimmte zusammen mit rechten Parteien über eine Aufweichung des Lieferkettengesetzes und der EU-Entwaldungsrichtlinie ab. Angesichts der wirtschaftlichen Stagnation in den EU-Kernländern DE und Frankreich, sollte die Politik andere Akzente setzen, in den osteuropäischen Ländern gilt die Devise: Günstige Energie und wenig Bürokratie schafft Arbeitsplätze und damit Wohlstand für den Bürger!

Die Menge werde sich weiter erhöhen. Außerdem plane man den Bau einer gemeinsamen Öl-Pipeline von Ungarn nach Serbien, die möglicherweise schon Ende 2027 in Betrieb gehen könne. MOL könnte außerdem Teile von NIS übernehmen, da Serbien sich von den russischen NIS-Mehrheitseignern Gazprom Neft und Gazprom trennen will..

A lot of questions and suspicions were immediately raised when on October 21 explosions and fires occurred at large oil refineries in Hungary and Romania. Eyebrows were raised given that both sites have links to Russia.
The Petrotel-Lukoil refinery in Ploiesti (owned by Russian company Lukoil) in southern Romania was damaged, while in Hungary a 'mystery' fire also occurred at the country's largest oil refinery (the MOL-operated Danube Refinery), located in the city of Szazhalombatta - some 17 miles from Budapest - which receives crude oil from Russia.
Despite long efforts of the European Union to phase out Russian energy, a tiny number of states still receive supplies. This is why many have suspected sabotage, possibly linked to Ukrainian intelligence, was behind the twin refinery fires, which had occurred within less than 24 hours apart.

Hungary is seeking to circumvent new US sanctions on Russian oil companies in an effort to avoid disruptions to the country's energy supplies, Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Friday.
In press statements, Orban emphasized that banning cheap and reliable oil and gas from Russia would significantly increase the energy bills of the Hungarian people. "We are still fighting. So, we haven't lost the battle yet. We need serious maneuvers. We need leadership that will defend this. We are being pressured."

Hungary relies heavily on oil transported through the Druzhba pipeline from Russia through Ukraine and Slovakia. MOL Group, which operates refineries in Hungary and Slovakia, processes 14.2 million tons of Russian crude oil a year.
