Wallenstam's housing project Nacka Grace has received the Urban Design Award 2024 from Nacka Municipality. Wallenstam has signed an agreement with MölnDala Fastighets AB, the municipal company which is leading the urban development of Forsåker, on the construction of rental apartments. The agreement is the result of Wallenstam's participation and involvement in the consortium that was established in 2013 to develop Forsåker. In the fall, three new stores will open in Gothenburg's wonderfully vibrant Makaregatorna district. Few Swedes are prepared to help their neighbors in crisis situations. Only four out of ten would intervene in emergency situations such as illness or an accident, according to a new Sifo survey commissioned by Wallenstam. Among young people, the proportion is even lower: 25 percent.
