Hudson Pacific Properties Announces Commencement of Public Offering (Business Wire)

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (“Hudson Pacific” or the “Company”) (NYSE: HPP) today announced it has commenced a $600 million underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $90 million of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the securities to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
