(CSE: HAMR) (the “Company” or “Silver Hammer”) is pleased to announce that it will proceed with a non-brokered private placement of up to 27,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at CAN$0.055 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to CAN$1,485,000 (the “Offering”).
