Tomi Jussila (MSc, Eng) has been appointed Sales Director and member of the Management Team of Foamit Group, a subsidiary of Partnera Corporation. New member on the Board of Directors of Terrafame Ltd (Cision)

An extraordinary general meeting of Terrafame Ltd was held on 30 April. The meeting confirmed the number of Board members as seven and elected Markus Mannström (b. 1963), M.Sc. (Paper Technology), as a new member of the Board.
Mannström currently works as Head of Transition Office at Stegra. He is also the Chair of the Board of Fintoil Oy and a member of the Board of Infinited Fibre Company Oy. Mannström has previously held various executive positions at Stora Enso.
Mannström is independent of Terrafame Ltd and its significant shareholders. He is a Finnish citizen.

• Sales increased by 9% to EUR 2,362 (2,164) million, mainly due to higher prices and deliveries. The average sales growth (LTM YoY) was 4.6% (-23.8%).
• Adjusted EBIT increased, for the fourth consecutive quarter compared year-on-year, to EUR 175 (149) million. Adjusted EBIT margin increased to 7.4% (6.9%). Higher prices, volumes and positive impacts from net currency exchange rates and depreciations more than offset higher fiber costs.
