Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 Highlights from Continuing Operations
Revenue decreased 2.5% on a reported basis and 4.2% in constant currency
Operating margin of (1.4)%; adjusted operating margin of 2.3%
Loss per share of $(0.28); adjusted loss per share of $(0.03) reflecting a higher than anticipated tax rate

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE: CPRI) today announced that it plans to report its second quarter fiscal 2026 financial results on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at approximately 6:45 a.m. ET. The Company also plans to hold a conference call to discuss its financial results the same day at 8:30 a.m. ET.
