I like to make trades at the confluence of a number of factors. I think RR is nearly at some of those points so I'm going to open the idea - and we'll journal this like usual. ** Important: I am not long yet, and don't yet recommend it. Let's look at the support: 1. The lower trendline. My lower trendline is actually lower than it could be (there are other trendlines that indicate a higher point, but I like to be safe. We need to hold this trendline which is currently about $3 2. The 200 day EMA is at $3.22. Also really good support. 3. The POC is currently at $3.18. Again, really good support. 4. It does also look like that head and shoulders pattern from October is complete. 5. If we don't hold that $3 support the next support is around $2.30. NASDAQ:RR looks like it's setting up for a possible breakout. What to look for: Price closes above the breakout threshold ($3.90) Volume is spiking - looking at recent spikes, looks to be ~60++M shares Squeeze is expanding in a positive direction (UP!) MACD is signaling BUY William %R is pushing into oversold territory (~20% or less) Entry: Depending on your risk threshold there are a couple of places that I'd suggest... Current price - more risk, but higher reward ~85% upside Price after closing above $3.90, less risk, but lower reward ~50% upside Price Target: As shown on the chart $5.83

The NASDAQ:RR is trading in a demand zone on the four-hour chart and above the 50-period EMA. If the stock rebounds successfully, it targets the resistance at 3.81 or the selling area between 3.85 and 4.36. The analysis may be right or wrong.
