PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WhiteHawk Income Corporation (together with WhiteHawk Energy, LLC and their respective subsidiaries, “WhiteHawk” or the “Company”) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of PHX Minerals Inc. (“PHX”) (NYSE: PHX).
