Ringmetall SE is a Germany-based European company (SE) and leading global specialist in industrial packaging solutions, headquartered in Munich. Founded in 1997 as HPI Holding AG, it has grown through over 20 strategic acquisitions into the world market leader for drum clamping rings, holding more than 50% market share. The company operates two core divisions: Industrial Packaging Rings, providing closure systems like tightening rings for steel, plastic, and fibre drums and pails; and Industrial Packaging Liners, offering drum liners, bag-in-box systems, and beer tank liners.
