Lumo Homes extends the maturity of its EUR 125 million syndicated loan
Lumo Homes plc has signed an amendment agreement relating to its secured syndicated loan of EUR 125 million. As a result of the amendment, the maturity of the loan has been extended from October 2027 to early 2030 and the loan includes two one-year extension options. The financing arrangement supports the management of the company's financing structure and extends the maturity profile of its loan portfolio.
